Amy was one of the first to graduate from Paul McCartney’s LIPA and has continued to write and play her music having released two solo albums. She has also recorded an album with the guys from ‘Reef’ called 'The SB Band’ produced by Bruno Ellingham.

 

She opened up Saunton Road Studios in Braunton, North Devon in 2014 which is a recording studio/music venue and has just completed her third solo album there.

‘Be How You Want’ is the title of Amy’s new album to be released in feb 2018 where she moulds her different musical influences such as blues, rock, pop and reggae. She worked with producer Mark Aubrey giving references to bands such as The Beatles, Bon Iver, Wings, Coldplay, Blur and Sublime to name just a few.

Musicians appearing on the album are Simon Murfet, Mark Aubrey, Jason Pratt, Cardie and Harry Christensen.

 

One of the tracks on the album ‘Walk with me’ features a beautifully haunting guest vocal from Gary Stringer (Reef). It’s exposed and intimate beginning turns into a climactic and uplifting ending.

Amy also fronts the three piece rock band 'Saunton Road' with Jack Bessant on Bass/harmonica and Simon Murfet on Drums.
